Chalk Upgrade Completed

On Sunday, September 13th, Chalk upgrade was completed. Office Hours (Starfish) is not working properly and is unavailable. ASTS engineers are working with vendors to fix the issue. Other Chalk functions are unaffected.

Chalk Upgrade, 4am-noon CT, September 13th, 2015

On Sunday, September 13th, the Chalk team plans to update Chalk to the latest service pack during an extended maintenance window. This update does not contain major interface or functionality changes - rather, it is required to remain supported by our vendor. Most will notice no changes in how they use Chalk. Chalk will be unavailable from 4:00 am until as late as noon on Sunday, September 13th 2015.

UChicago Wiki ( Upgrade May 31

IT Services will be upgrading the University of Chicago wiki ( on May 31, 2015. This upgrade will bring the collaboration tool up to the current version. Most of the changes are behind the scenes, but users will notice some changes to their experience.
