On Sunday, September 13th, the Chalk team plans to update Chalk to the latest service pack during an extended maintenance window. This update does not contain major interface or functionality changes - rather, it is required to remain supported by our vendor. Most will notice no changes in how they use Chalk. Chalk will be unavailable from 4:00 am until as late as noon on Sunday, September 13th 2015. We do not anticipate using this whole maintenance window, but this upgrade is complex. If users attempt to access Chalk during the outage, they will be directed to a maintenance page, letting them know that this is a planned outage.
